# client.credits

> Your organization's credit balance.

## get\_balance()

client.credits.get_balance() -> CreditBalanceOut
```

The organization's current credit balance: what's available, used and reserved, and where it came from (base allowance, purchases and rollover).

```python theme={null}
balance = client.credits.get_balance()
print(f"{balance.net_available:.1f} available, {balance.credits_reserved:.1f} reserved")
```

**Returns** [`CreditBalanceOut`](/reference/models#creditbalanceout).

When credits run out, Deutero sends a [`credits.exhausted`](/guides/receiving-webhooks#event-types) webhook. Calls that need credits you don't have raise `InsufficientCreditsError`.
